As planned, Perttu Piri, Managing Director of Assistor Oy Ab concludes his career in Assistor at the end of June 2024. Following this, Perttu will fully focus on leading Assistor-Uuttera (Veho – ePressi). Assistor will continue as the leading player in the Finnish automotive spare parts logistics business as part of Veho Group. With this change, Kaj Nurminen (Bsc. Electrical Engineering) has been appointed as new Managing Director for Assistor. Kaj will start in his new position in the beginning of May, 2024.
Kaj has a strong and versatile expertise and experience of various responsible roles related to international supply chain management and warehousing, quality, sustainability, continuous operational improvement, and strategic work. He has led significant international change projects – all with a focus on customer experience, efficient operating models, and profitable business. He has worked in various industries and companies such as Fibox Group, Transval Group, Posti and Schneider Electric.
